Join Our Respiratory & Sleep Diagnostics Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Respiratory & Sleep Physiologist (Band 6 or Band 7) to join our growing service at the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will work across both the RUH and our Community Diagnostic Centre at Sulis Hospital, helping to deliver high-quality respiratory function testing and sleep diagnostics for our patients.

Main duties of the job
? To undertake the technical and clinical reporting on a range of assessments across lung function and sleep including full lung function tests, six minute walk tests, oral exhaled nitric oxide tests, skin prick tests, muscle pressure tests, mannitol testing, blood gas measurement, overnight oximetry and respiratory polygraphy sleepstudies as well as initiating CPAP and NIV on inpatients.? To have assist and support the provision of all aspects of the Respiratory Lab serviceat the Royal United Hospital in conjunction with the senior and Lead clinical physiologist.? Participate in quality assurance, audit and research and development programmes
