Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Audiology team and workwith colleagues to support our patients and learn about the different services provided by the department.
You will join a friendly team working towards delivering excellent audiological care to our patients.
The majority of this role will be supporting patient queries on the phone, particularly Monday to Wednesday, but you will also cover some reception duties, email queries, bookings, and provide full clerical services to the team in the Audiology and ENT Outpatient Departments.
Main duties of the job
This role mainly involves:
- Taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails.
- Booking and administering patient appointments and follow ups, working with other departments when necessary.
Training will be provided to support you to deliver basic hearing aid servicing as required by patients.
