  • Enhanced accessibility, including a disabled toilet
  • Tailored wall displays explaining ICU equipment
  • Separate staff and visitor entrances

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Intensive Care Unit that is not only clinically advanced but purpose-designed to support staff, patients and families.

About You - we are seeking someone with:

  • Strong clinical Intensive Care Unit experience
  • An innovative, proactive leadership style
  • A passion for developing others and driving high standards of care
  • The confidence to lead through change and support a high-performing team

Join us at an exciting time as we shape the future of critical care at RUH Bath.
