Job summary
Are you an experienced intensive care nurse who has an innovative leadership style with ambition. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will have the ability to support the leadership and development of our ICU team as we enter an exciting phase of our new ICU.
Main duties of the job
The senior sister/charge nurse will work in a supervisory capacity and be expected to lead and manage team performance thus enhancing the patient experience, improving patient outcomes and contributing to the organisational priorities of improved patient flow, reduction in sickness levels and safe and effective deployment of the nursing workforce. The senior sister/charge nurse will act as an exemplar role model and clinically credible practitioner delivering high standards of care and compassion at all times
