People Assistant

Job summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive People Assistant to join our People and Culture Directorate for a one-year fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to provide vital administrative support to the People Hub team and contribute to delivering high-quality HR services across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes, maintaining accurate workforce records, and ensuring compliance with employment checks. You will also assist with producing reports, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
