We are looking for a Clinical Measurement Service Manager to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining clinical work with service management. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports the treatment and diagnosis of patients with osteoporosis and rheumatology conditions.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in imaging or taking measurements with patients
- Strong organisational skills to manage timetables and resources effectively
- A collaborative leader who creates a supportive team environment
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of technologists and assistants
- Organise staff rotas and patient schedules to ensure smooth service delivery
- Perform bone densitometry (DXA) scans and Microvascular imaging (thermography and nailfold capillaroscopies).
- Maintain quality standards and contribute to service development
