Job summary
Our Financial Services division are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will make a difference, working as part of a cohesive team, by actively supporting our Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Payable Officer in providing a reliable, accurate and efficient service with regard to the payment of supplier invoices for goods and services received.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will be responsible for the checking, coding and receipting of supplier invoices, providing support in resolving supplier queries/disputes and providing advice and assistance to Budget Holders and external suppliers regarding queries on invoices received or payments made.
In this role you will provide relevant advice to staff, customers and suppliers and ensuring the accurate and prompt payment of invoices.
You will ensure prompt and accurate issuing of invoices and credit notes in line with the Trust Standing Financial instructions and agreed Trust procedures.
