Job summary

Temporary Staffing Manager - Fixed Term Until December 2025

As an individual you will possess a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.

To succeed you will demonstrate previous experience of leading and motivating a team within a customer centric environment (ideally a recruitment/agency/temporary staffing environment) and able to evidence adopting a consistent approach of continuous improvement by leading on service improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.

As the Temporary Staffing Manager you will proactively work with the Divisional teams and Heads of service to support the development of robust processes and supply of temporary staff. You will take an active role in the creation of strategies to identify future demand and supply of our temporary workforce both internally via our bank and externally through our preferred suppliers.

  • Master's degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Operational Management / Leadership qualification

Knowledge and Experience
