We are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join our Capital Procurement Team to provide a customer centric service to drive the sourcing of value for money products and services to support the delivery of high quality clinical care to our patients.
Main duties of the job
Your primary role will be to work within the Capital and Equipping Procurement Team sourcing the capital construction projects and equipping contracts with a spend of circa £30m a year covering a defined range of capital category schemes including contracts relating to construction projects and services, building services, process/ biotech equipment, technical contractors, trade contractors, Capex Projects, Opex, Indirect and Equipping.
The successful candidates will have the flexibility to be based at either in Royal United Hospitals in Bath, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust or Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon.
