Job summary
Information Management & Technology (IM&T) is seen as a critical enabler for better quality, safer and more efficient patient care. This is a truly exciting time to join our organisation to assist in the rollout of Microsoft 365 services across Royal United Hospitals Bath and our wider integrated care system organisations.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2024, and is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to gain vital O365 Support experience.
As an integral part of the role, the post holder will assist with general systems support, administration and housekeeping tasks for Office 365 services; including, but not limited to Teams, One Drive, SharePoint and Forms.
The post holder will also assist in O365 upgrades and roll-outs across the Trust and wider integrated care system. This can include but not limited to; testing, providing user support/training and creating user guides and reporting
From previous experience or qualifications, the post holder will have a good understanding of how Microsoft O365 can be used to support improving digital workplace services
Working in a challenging environment, the post holder will manage their own workload and competing priorities with flexibility.
Main duties of the job
- To provide assistance, advice, and fault resolution to users of O365 Services across the Trust and external organisation across the wider integrated care system.
- Leveraging the national O365 tenant provided by NHS Digital, as an integral part of the role, the post holder will assist with general systems support, administration and housekeeping tasks for Office 365 services; including, but not limited to Teams, One Drive, SharePoint and Forms.
- To assist in O365 upgrades and roll-outs across the Trust and wider integrated care system. This can include but not limited to; testing, providing user support/training and creating user guides and reporting.
- Point of escalation for advice and assistance regarding O365 services for all users across the trust and external partners.
