This is an exciting opportunity to join the Improvement Team at the RUH, Bath.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our fantastic team and help us make a positive difference for our staff and patients.
You will be someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a 'can do' approach! You will take a lead role in Improvement projects, delivering operational, performance, quality, workforce and financial benefits for the organisation.
You will be someone with demonstrable project and operational delivery, excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, utilising the Trust's quality improvement methodology, Improving Together.
Main duties of the job
This role will deliver operational improvement opportunities, working with colleagues across the Trust and wider health system to scope, develop and implement operational projects and initiatives on behalf of the Trust's Improvement Programme.
The post holder will be expected to project manage and deliver operational improvement opportunities. This will include taking a lead on implementation of new processes and pathways, and using the Trust's Improving Together methodology to undertake improvements to services where needed.
The post holder will lead delivery of a variety of projects across the Trust. Improvement projects will be focussed on delivery of the Trust's operational, performance, quality, workforce and financial priorities, and involve working closely with Divisional and clinical teams across the Trust as well as staff across the local health and social care system.
