Job summary
To provide full and comprehensive Reception support to the Oral & Maxillofacial surgery & Orthodontic Directorate.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive receptionist for 22.5hrs per week with exceptional multi-tasking skills to assist the smooth running of a very busy reception area and be the first point of contact when patients arrive for their appointments.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include greeting patients, entering information onto Millennium the patient data system, booking appointments, making/receiving telephone calls and other administrative duties as required. The role is intended to be flexible.
Competent computer skills are essential and a cheerful, friendly and flexible approach to the workload is necessary. This is a busy role which will involve multi-tasking with ever changing priorities.
