As the Digital Lead - New QEH, you won't just be part of the team; you'll be a key player in transforming the way patients and staff receive and deliver care. Collaborate with the Project Director, Operation, Finance, and Clinical leads, bringing your Subject Matter Expertise to the forefront of all our digital challenges.
Lead on planning for Digital solutions for the New Hospital, using robust data, Quality Improvement (QI) and the Trust's transformational change processes to coordinate and directly support the delivery of digital transformation activity across the project through optimising digital tools, operational processes, pathways, new ways of working and embed digital transformation and change.

Main duties of the job
The Digital Lead New Hospital-Strategic Projects will work alongside the Project Director strategic developments / new hospital and the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) The Digital Lead role is an exciting position that will lead the implementation of Digital transformation within the design of the New Hospital and use Digital where appropriate to enable Digital change and maximise the use of the tools available. Alongside the Trust's transformation team, the Digital Lead will work with clinical and operational teams within the trust and with wider system partners to improve patient access, support the integration of technological solutions to help operational teams manage workload, improve staff and patient satisfaction, and improve the efficiency and sustainability of the services delivered by the Trust on site and off site.
