Job summary
The Trust seeks a Band 5 Data Visualisation Officer to support the Information Team to deliver new dashboarding solutions to support the business and performance needs of the Trust's Management Teams and their associated service lines.
You will possess strong Microsoft SQL skills with the ability to manipulate data, analyse data sets. Power Bi to produce reports to meet the needs of the Trust and the wider regional Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Additional to SQL, you will be expected to have strong Excel and database knowledge. A knowledge of NHS reporting is a distinct advantage.
Main duties of the job
To support the Information Team Leader to deliver information analysis and advice to support the business and performance needs of the Trust's Management Teams and their associated service lines.
Develop new, modern information reports incorporating close to real-time information that are easily accessible and in a user-friendly format. This will require user surveys and requirements analysis.
Test and benchmark information analyses with support from Senior Information Analyst.
Interpret data, creates reports; designs and develops programs e.g. Theatres, Cancelled Operations and Stroke.
Work with individuals within the Trust to provide accurate and timely reports for information and ensure internal and external reporting timetables are delivered.
Develop highly complex analytical reports to meet user requirements.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) King's Lynn is located near some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK, along the north Norfolk coast, and not far from Sandringham House.
We provide a comprehensive range of specialist, acute, obstetrics and community-based healthcare services to around 331,000 people across west and north Norfolk, in addition to parts of Breckland, Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire.
We have more than 4,000 staff and volunteers, approximately 530 beds, and a helipad for air ambulances. We work with neighbouring hospitals for the provision of tertiary services, including as part of regional partnership and network models of care, such as the trauma network.
In February 2022 the significant progress that has been made at QEH was recognised by the Care Quality Commission who rated the Trust as 'Good' in all of the core services they inspected. They recommended the Trust moves out of the recovery support system (formerly special measures).
