Are you passionate about making a real difference in Speech and Language Therapy? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our Leadership Team, supporting the Early Years service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their leadership skills while driving service improvement across the city.

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Nurse for Safeguarding Children and adults, some of your responsibilities will include

  • Lead and manage a dedicated clinical team of therapists and assistants working within the Early Years pathway.

  • Take responsibility for the delivery, development, and organisation of services for young children, in collaboration with the Leadership Team.

  • Ensure the effective use of resources to provide a high-quality, city-wide service.

  • Demonstrate and apply highly specialist clinical skills in practice.

  • Oversee and manage service improvement initiatives, working closely with the Leadership Team to align with the service vision.
