Join our dynamic team at Ruby Lodge, part of the Becton Centre. Ruby Lodges cares for young people aged 8-18 with learning disability, severe and complex mental health and behavioural problems.
We're looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Lodge Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, clinically effective care. You will provide both clinical and managerial leadership, oversee service operations, support staff development, and collaborate within wider CAMHS and partner networks.
About you:

Registered Nurse qualification in MH, LD, or Child Nursing

Significant post-registration experience in CAMHS or mental health settings
-
Proven leadership and multi-disciplinary team experience
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Lead lodge operations, staff, and resources

Deliver clinical supervision and support to junior team members

Ensure governance, risk management, and quality care delivery

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and external partners

Guide strategic and operational improvements
