An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust as a Team Leader within Community Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams.

The team include Community Therapy team , Motor Skills team, Sensory team and PACES Therapy Team.

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Head of Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Department some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Service.
  • Plan, evaluate, and develop an efficient, evidence-based service.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the team to work collaboratively within the service and wider MDT.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold clinical governance standards.

  • HPC Registration
