An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Domestic Services team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust as a Domestic Supervisor. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our hospital sites, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff
About You

Experienced in cleaning or facilities management, ideally within healthcare.

Confident in supervising staff and managing workloads.

Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards.

Flexible to provide cover across sites when needed.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Support Services Team Leader some of your responsibilities will include:

Oversee the delivery of daily cleaning services in line withNational Cleaning Standards.

Supervise and support domestic staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.
-
Provide supervisory cover at Ryegate Children's Centre when required.
-
Monitor compliance, carry out audits, and ensure best practice is followed.

Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Trust values.
