Job summary
Full time - 37.5 hours per week - 12 month Fixed Term (Secondment for internal applicants)
We are looking for someone to join our centralised administrative team supporting the 0-19 Service. You will help to ensure the smooth running of clerical operations, providing confidential and efficient support to clinical staff and service users.
We're looking for someone who:

Is educated to GCSE level or with equivalent experience.

Has some experience in office or administrative work, with IT skills

Has great customer service skills and is confident communicating with others.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Handle telephone enquiries in a contact centre setting.

Book appointments and manage rotas using Systm One.

Provide admin support to clinical staff including scanning, letter generation, and data input.

Maintain accurate and confidential records, including clinical documentation.

Communicate with professionals such as GPs, midwives, social workers, and interpreter services.

Manage stock levels and order stationery.

Participate in team meetings and personal development activities.
