Are you an experienced and dedicated Paediatrician looking for your next rewarding role? We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Community Paediatrics and Neurodisability Team as a part-time locum consultant.
You will be based at either Centenary House or Ryegate Children's Centre, with clinics at additional locations like Northern General Hospital and Sheffield Children's Hospital.
The Community Paediatric department includes 8 Consultants, 5 Specialty Doctors, and Community Paediatric Trainees (core & grid), providing a range of services for children and young people.
About You

Relevant training and experience in Community Paediatrics and/or Paediatric Neurodisability.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Clinical Director, Medicine Care Group, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the children and young people with developmental difficulties, disabilities, and complex vulnerabilities such as ASD, and ADHD.
- You will have ongoing responsibility for patient care and department operations.
- You will provide out-patient assessments and ongoing care to children and young people.
- You will work with a collaborative team, providing high-quality care and support for children, young people, and their families.

Contribute to high-quality, family-centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Support the development and delivery of services for children with complex needs.

- Full registration with GMC with licence to practice
