An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Medicine Care Group for a Coordinator supporting the Neuro-disability service.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clinical and management teams to ensure appointment schedules are well-organised, clearly communicated, and accurately documented. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all follow-up actions are completed efficiently.

About You:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or have equivalent experience), you will be able to

  • Support clinical teams with administration to help maintain timely patient care pathways.

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Operational Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain patient records and databases

  • Track appointments and clinical outcomes

  • Minute clinical meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed

  • Handle complex queries and triage referrals

  • Liaise with clinical colleagues to support smooth patient pathways
