An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community CAMHS Administrative Team within the CWAMH Care Group at Sheffield Children's, supporting our clinical teams in delivering high-quality care to children and young people. You will beworking across two sites, Beighton CAMHS and Centenary House CAMHS.
You'll be part of a dedicated team of support secretaries, providing a range of administrative services. Working with clinicians, patients, families, and other professionals, you'll help ensure the smooth running of our services.
We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in communicating with multi-disciplinary team members and understands the importance of confidentiality.

Proficient in IT systems and comfortable working across a mixed-skill team.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Operational Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver comprehensive clerical and secretarial support, including typing correspondence, reports, and emails using audio and word processing tools.

Keep accurate patient records and update data using Trust systems, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

Manage communications--handling calls, emails, greeting visitors, and taking messages.
-
Coordinate appointments, support diary management, and provide reception cover.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, mail handling, stock ordering, and reporting repairs.

Communicate with patients, families, and internal/external staff to support service delivery.

Participate in regular admin meetings and contribute to team updates and discussions.

Support colleagues during leave or sickness, ensuring continuity of service.
