An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Service Improvement Team as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator.
You'll lead and support improvement projects, deliver training in quality improvement, project management, process mapping, and more. You'll help transform services to enhance patient and staff experience, driving efficiency.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Improvement Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Lead and support continuous improvement programmes and pathway projects

Facilitate meetings, monitor progress, and adapt plans

Plan and manage workstreams using project management tools

Identify and resolve delivery challenges, influencing staff at all levels

Develop and maintain improvement systems and processes

Use data and analysis to support decision-making and improvement

Stay up to date with best practices through training and events
