Join our 0-19 Service Admin Team and help support the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP). You'll provide a confidential and comprehensive administrative service, coordinating the programme while working closely with clinical leads, schools, and local authorities to ensure accurate data management and seamless delivery.
About You: You'll be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with proven administration experience that includes handling confidential information. . You're proactive, and confident managing data while collaborating with a range of team members. You will also have excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Admin Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Help the Clinical Lead with planning and implementation of the NCMP

Manage confidential data with accuracy, supporting analysis and reporting.

Communicate with schools, local education authorities, and our teams to obtain and verify sensitive information.

Perform administration tasks including document preparation, scheduling, and maintaining efficient office systems.

Be the first contact for queries from schools, parents, and external agencies, handling communications sensitively and professionally.

Support team workload management and contribute to continuous improvements in administrative processes.
