  • HCPC registration and a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy

  • Significant experience in acute neurosciences / oncology services

  • Competence in acute respiratory care and knowledge across a range of conditions

Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide specialist physiotherapy care within the Neuro Oncology Team

  • Independently manage a varied caseload of infants, children, and young people

  • Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessments and produce evidence-based treatment plans

  • Contribute to complex discharge planning in collaboration with the MDT

  • Deliver interventions across multiple settings: inpatient wards (including critical care and neonatal surgical unit), outpatient clinics, and community interfaces

  • Access training and mentorship while continuing to grow as an autonomous practitioner
