Join our Pharmacy Procurement Team at Sheffield Children's! We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to support the ordering and supply of medications, assist with invoice processing, and provide general administrative support to help keep our pharmacy services running smoothly.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Senior Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Help with ordering of pharmaceuticals, ensuring authorisation and coordination with suppliers.

Monitor and resolve issues with orders, including delays, missing items, and off-contract claims.

Raise and process pharmacy-related invoices, and communicate with suppliers and other teams to resolve invoice queries.

Provide general administrative support, including document filing, data entry, archiving, and report preparation.

Support the Homecare service by assisting with prescription processing, invoicing, auditing, and compliance with national guidelines.

Communicate with suppliers, departments, and staff, maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding matters.
