Fixed Term: 12 months| Full-time
Join our Single Point of Access (SPA) team and provide essential administrative support to the Neuro-disability Service. Our team plays a crucial role in processing Autism and ADHD assessments and ensuring the efficient management of patient care.
You will oversee the team's daily workload, providing support to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes. You'll collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams, and patients and their families, to ensure a seamless experience for patient pathways.

Main duties of the job
You will report to the Operational Support Manager, and your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical teams to ensure patient pathways.
- Manage the daily workload of the SPA team, prioritising tasks based on current pressures.
- Supervise and support team members, including leading projects.
- Communicate with patients, parents, and families, offering sensitive and empathetic support.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between clinical teams, administrative teams, and external partners such as education and local authorities.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of information shared by the team, following Trust standards and expectations.
- Report on the service position to the operational team

- Level 3 typing/word processing or equivalent qualification and experience.
