We're looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team! You'll manage patient data, ensuring it's accurate, accessible, and meets regulatory standards. You'll work with our teams, GPs, and other partners to collect, validate, and report patient information. You'll also help manage patient registries, support audits, and provide data to drive service improvements while maintaining high-quality data standards.
About You:

Level 4 qualification (e.g., Level 4 certificate, NVQ Level 4, HNC) or equivalent experience.

Experience collecting, validating, and managing large datasets and familiar with managing, restructuring, and maintaining databases to meet required standards.

Proficiency in data tools and software, including statistical tools, Excel, or database management systems for reporting

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the PLRS Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Implement and maintain efficient processes for the collection, validation, input, and reporting of patient data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting research projects.

Collaborate with hospital teams, GPs, and external partners to manage data reporting and ensure the collection of patient information.

Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of patient data, including medical records, imaging, and test results, following regulatory requirements.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain data integrity, preventing duplication in hospital systems, and oversee the restructuring of internal databases to meet registry needs.

Manage patient data for national and international registries, ensuring standards, and support clinical audits and service evaluations through clear, accurate reporting.
