An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Neurodevelopmental Team within the Medicine Care Group at Sheffield Children's. You will provide efficient clerical support, ensuring accurate data entry and assisting with patient pathways and referrals.

About You:

  • 4 GCSEs Grade C or equivalent experience

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Update patient information systems, recording and tracking up-to-date information and referrals and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets

  • Communicate with families and schools regarding referral processes and obtaining questionnaires; monitor and follow up on outstanding information

  • Perform general office and administrative tasks.
