Job summary

We are seeking to appoint three EPR Project Support Officers.

You will be required to support the project managers and teams in the delivery of the EPR programme. You will provide project management office and administration support to the EPR programme team and workstreams.

You will have good communication skills and be able to develop good working relationships with the EPR team, the supplier, senior Trust staff and other key stakeholders.

To be successful you will need to have knowledge and experience of administrative processes and establishing and maintaining accurate records.

Main duties of the job

Undertake duties as directed by the Project Managers and Programme Manager to support the delivery and implementation of the EPR Programme. This may include leading self-contained pieces of work under the guidance of a project manager.

Assist project managers in the design, establishment and maintenance of project controls and standards.

Assist in the production of routine and ad-hoc project progress reports.

Support the team in the management and updates of project plans, risk and issue logs, communication and engagement plans and other project related documentation.

Provide general support to a wide variety of projects in line with project management and change management methodology, where required.

Prepare project documentation and communicate with the Project Managers and key stakeholders in a variety of formats.

Organise and coordinate project meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes.

Arrange and plan events, managing all event administration, documentation, attendees etc.

Communicate effectively with all involved in projects and the overarching programme including senior managers, executive director and clinicians demonstrating a supportive, collaborative and professional approach.

Support the other Trust Teams with detailed implementation plans and training of systems functionality or processes.

Deliver support in new ways of working, using communication methods that reflect the nature and scale of change.
