Job summary

As the guiding force behind activities related to the Trust's position as an educator and clinical placement provider, we champion the integration of pre-registration and post-registration programs. Main duties of the job
1. Book facilitators, rooms, equipment and refreshments for training courses as required.
2. Maintain working knowledge, understanding and documentation of the content and details of all mandatory course programmes in order to be the first point of contact for facilitators and participants.
3. Provide regular information to managers, staff and external organisations about the Trust's mandatory training courses by actively promoting full course details and responding to queries.
4. Work with managers and potential course facilitators to ensure that new or amended mandatory courses are supported and promoted appropriately.
5. Provide a range of mandatory training reports for colleagues across the organisation.
6. Maintain good working relationships with external service providers and all customers.
7. Coordinate and organise meetings and events in support of the Head of Education Learning & Development in relation to the development and delivery of the Workforce Development Service.
8. Deal with enquiries including, but not limited to, courses booking, support accessing our eLearning system, support using our eLearning system via phone, face-face-face, video call and email
9. Carrying out monthly processes for audit of training data, running reports of training data using ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and Microsoft Excel and disseminating this data.
