Initially, this role is Band 4, and progression to Band 5 Registered Nurse will only be possible on successful completion of all academic and practice elements of the apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship programme offers a structured pathway for Registered Nursing Associates to top up to full Registered Nurse (RN) status within a Main Outpatients setting. You will gain the skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, while completing the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship with Leeds Beckett.

Recruitment Process
This role has a two-stage selection process, and applicants must pass both interviews to be offered the apprenticeship:

Trust Interview: To assess eligibility and suitability to work within Harrogate and District Foundation Trust (HDFT).

University Interview: To assess readiness for the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship programme with Leeds Beckett.
Applicants must successfully pass both interviews to commence the apprenticeship.
