Job summary
We're looking for a motivated individual to join theResuscitation Department atHDFT within a supportive environment that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.
The role is a fixed term/secondment contract for 12 months and is part time, 22.5 hours per week (To be worked within Monday - Friday 8-4), at Band 5 or 6 level, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
You'll play a vital part in delivering a high-quality resuscitation service across our acute hospital and community sites throughout the North of England by the following duties:
Deliver engaging, specialist resuscitation training to a wide range of staff, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. Act as a trusted expert and resource for resuscitation advice, supporting excellence in both education and clinical practice. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through regular audits of cardiac arrest procedures and resuscitation equipment. Champion best practice in patient safety and support the delivery of HDFT's vision and the goals of the Resuscitation Department. Develop your teaching and training skills, with support from an experienced and friendly team. Gain to a range of nationally recognised advanced resuscitation and instructor courses to enhance your professional development.
