An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the 0-19 admin team in Sunderland.Your duties will include providing efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19 Growing Healthy Team.
Main duties of the job
Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service.
Duties include:
Typing of reports, letters and emails as required.
Photocopying, scanning and filing letters and documents as required.
Accessing health records (Summary Care & SystmOne) to compile demographic information to support the team.
Ensuring information that comes into the 0-19 Team is scanned/ recorded on clinical records and significant events.
To exercise initiative based on knowledge and experience when dealing with enquiries.
Responsible for inputting sensitive information and retrieving data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy.
