Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the Clinical Standards team at HDFT. You will play a key role in monitoring and supporting the Trust's clinical audit programmes, and ensuring that the Trust maintains high clinical standards in line with best practice.

Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Standards Co-ordinator, you will:
- support and facilitate the delivery of the Trust annual clinical audit programme, including maintaining the departmental database and providing support for clinical staff
- identify and disseminate best practice standards, supporting clinicians to report compliance, monitoring action plans for areas of non-compliance
- process approvals for controlled documents, monitoring and reporting compliance with review dates, and working with clinical services to ensure guidelines reflect best practice standards

Best Practice Standards
- Ensure that best practice compliance is accurately recorded on the departmental database and appropriate templates are maintained and completed for audit and governance purposes
