The successful candidate will gain a wide range of experience in clinical specialties including Frailty, Acute admissions, Surgery and Medicine and will be supported in developing to meet the RPS Foundation Framework standards.

Main duties of the job
- Providing pharmaceutical care to patients from admission to discharge
- Actively participating as part of the multi-disciplinary team at ward level
- Providing prescribing advice and support to medical staff
- Educating patients about their medicines
- Participation in quality improvement projects across the department and clinical areas
- Participating in late night, on-call and weekend working rotas
