Job summary

The post holder will be an integral part of the team, responsible for administrative work ensuring an efficient process and pathway for referrals to the community dental service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide effective and efficient administrative support to Community Dental staff and the Service Manager. They will oversee and manage the new patient referrals in order to maintain efficient delivery of patient services. The post holder will have particular responsibility for booking new patient clinic appointments, dealing with enquiries, typing and receipt and dispatch of correspondence.
