Job summary

This is an exciting time to join our dynamic and friendly dietetic team in Harrogate. You will be based at the Harrogate District Foundation hospital within the main dietetic department.

Main duties of the job

This post will give you the opportunity to develop/advance your skills in the acute hospital wards, out-patients and working supporting the patient's journey form the wards to the community.

  • HCPC registration
  • Member of the BDA

Experience

Essential

  • Qualified as a Registered Dietitian
  • Has gained experience of different ways of caseload management and delivering services
  • Training and presentation skills using a variety of teaching methods for both individuals and groups

Desirable

  • Involved with practice placement training of students
  • Acute ward experience
  • Enteral feeding experience

Knowledge

Essential

  • Can demonstrate abilities in organisation skills, time management, setting priorities, managing a small workload / caseload
