The EPR Improvement Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the successful delivery of the benefits of our new Electronic Patient Record with work aligned to HDFT's Strategic Planning Framework. This role demands an improvement practitioner who can work with our EPR Benefits Lead to facilitate EPR-related continuous improvement work using our Impact lean methodology.

Main duties of the job

You will work closely with the EPR Benefits Lead and be responsible for project assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that the benefits of our EPR digital transformation projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. They will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the Trust to do this.

You will support the Deputy Director - Strategy and Improvement across a range of continuous improvement, improvement operating model, business transformation and pathway/process improvement work, spanning the breadth of the Trust's functions. The postholders will work in a complex environment, with various clinical directorates, health and care system partner organisations, patient groups and local communities.
