An opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Practitioner to join our Children and Family Weight Management Team.
The Lifestyle Practitioners are working with individual schools to deliver a Whole School Approach to developing healthy active lifestyles both in summer and term-time programmes of activity.
Candidates must be a car driver and have access to their ow vehicle to meet service needs as required.
Main duties of the job
The Lifestyle Practitioners will work as part of a team, contributing to the provision of high quality services for children/young people and their families/carers within the Healthy Child Pathway. The Growing Well Growing Healthy (GWGH) team work in partnership with Stockton on Tees Borough Council and other partners, focusing on supporting children, young people and their families to achieve a healthy weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle both in home, school and leisure environments.
