An exciting opportunity to cover maternity leave has arisen within the People and Culture Team.
The post holder will work within the umbrella of the People and Culture situated in the Corporate Directorate which includes other functions such as Finance, Payroll, Risk Management, IT, etc.
The post-holder will:
- Assist with the development, running, maintenance and results provision of the HDFT Staff App, HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey and National Staff Survey.
- Provide ongoing support to the users of the HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey.
- Proactively deal with a range of queries arising as required.
- Co-ordinate external services in conjunction with the Senior OD Practitioner based on feedback from the HDFT Staff App and HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey.
- Provide relevant to support Organisational Development priorities and activities.
Main duties of the job
Assist with the implementation and provide on-going support for the HDFT Staff App and HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey functionality.
Manage the Employee Experience inbox ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Provide first line user support for the HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey and provide advice to users where difficulties or questions arise.
Assimilate and maintain a library of handbooks, user manuals, advisory notes and other documentation related to the functioning and use of HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey.
Train users in the use of the system on a one-to-one basis.
Assist with the identification of the current procedures and the implementation of new ways of working where applicable.
Run routine and ad-hoc reports from the system to identify and provide information to assist with the management of feedback.
Manipulate data from NHS Staff Survey, HDFT Staff app and Quarterly InPulse Survey into required format.
Liaise with the Senior OD Practitioner to provide and co-ordinate necessary support based on survey results.
Grant access to the HDFT Staff App and HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey, appropriate to the user's responsibility and authorised signatory.
Responsible for setting up new managers or supervisors on the HDFT InPulse Colleague Survey.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Senior OD practitioner to contribute towards Organisational Development.
