The delivery and support of digital technology at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is fundamental in enabling staff to provide excellent and safe patient care.
The Trust has invested significantly in digital technology and this is an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Systems Team in the role as Patient Systems Support. The successful candidate will be part of e-RS/DMWM Team.
The post will be supporting the development, testing, training and continued roll out of e-RS and Dragon Medical Workflow Manager which are two of the Trusts key clinical electronic patient record systems.
Main duties of the job
Patient Systems Support (e-RSand Dragon Medical Workflow Manager Team)
The e-RS and Dragon Medical Workflow Manager Team are responsible for the training, administration, management and further development of key clinical systems:
- e-RS - is the national booking system for all outpatient referrals
- Dragon Medical Workflow Manager (DMWM) - is the clinical dictating system for Clinicians and Administrators.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both trainer and systems support in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users.
The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you will sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of patient/clinical systems support and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making. Previous experience of e-RS and DMWM would be desirable.
