Are you passionate about education? Do you have significant clinical experience in Critical care?

If so, we are looking for you. We are looking for someone to join our developing educational team within Intensive care to continue to support the development of our new and existing workforce.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will

To support, educate and develop registered and unregistered staff in their clinical role and competencies in order to deliver high quality evidence based care for patients
Facilitate training, education and policy development within Critical Care.
Promote and support bench marking, audit activity and service improvement with Critical Care.
Develop links with West Yorkshire Critical Care Network for Education, Regional Bench Marking Groups & service improvements.
Participate in the provision of Trust wide training and education programmes
The post holder will lead by example, will be responsible for disseminating good practice and actively challenging assumptions, practice and performance where appropriate.

Post graduate certificate in Critical care or the equivalent of Steps 1,2 and 3.
A relevant teaching and assessing qualification (This can be Mentorship)
