Locally Employed Doctors - Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months FY2 Equivalent - Paediatrics
** Fixed term 6 month contract from February 2024**

We are looking to appoint 2.5 WTE FY2 equivalent doctors in Paediatrics from February 2024 for 6 months
Main duties of the job
- Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patients.
- Assisting with teaching and training of junior staff, medical students and other professionals
- To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit.
- To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME).
About us
The successful applicant will join the Paediatric Team and will work on the on call rota alongside 10 consultants, 5 specialty doctors, 3 Paediatric trainees, 2 ST trainees, 3 GP trainees, 2 FY2 and 2 FY1 doctors. The post holder will join a friendly, well-established and innovative multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of high quality care to children in the local population.
