Growing Healthy Wakefield 0-19 service have an exciting opportunity open to existing HDFT employees.
The project Support Officer (PSO) will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating a variety of projects across the Wakefield 0-19 service and contribute to wider project developments within HDFT.
Working closely with the Growing Healthy Wakefield 0-19 team, the PSO will organise projects and support digital developments to contribute to the public health service delivery. The PSO will work with Colleagues across HDFT to coordinate and contribute to activities, campaigns and a smooth flow of project timelines and deliverables.
It will be vital for the PSO to effectively manage and coordinate multiple tasks and activities and ensure that regular communication plans are in place to update the team, partners and service users.
The PSO will have administrative responsibility and create schedules for planned activity and produce activity and feedback reports to support future planning.
.Our Growing Healthy Wakefield 0-19 Service is currently transforming how the service is delivered and this crucial role will support the Service Developments across the following established workstreams;
Main duties of the job
1. Work with colleagues to support delivery of main work detailed in the job overview.2. To provide project and administrative support to the wider team as required, including to potentially challenging and sensitive change programmes.3. Link to the directorate Digital & 'Doing It Differently' working groups in support of the Service Digital Lead.4. Arrange both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including: the booking of rooms and promotions of dates and the provision of MS Teams links5. Manage administrative systems and support workflow related to the timely delivery of milestones, training colleagues to use these as appropriate.Job description and person specification6. Provide support to key meetings, including devising and agreeing meeting schedules, arranging virtual or actual venues.7. Provide project assistance relating to information management, record-keeping and administration, including handling sensitive and confidential information.8. Provide research and content for communications relating to the delivery of projects, including at developmental stages where messages will change frequently.9. Maintain intranet and internet content on behalf of the team.10.Engage with social media on behalf of the team and run promotional / engagement campaigns as agreed.
