Main duties of the job

  • Provide person-centred support to patients, families, and carers with kindness and compassion.

  • Carry out routine hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs under supervision.

  • Support delivery of care plans and aural rehabilitation for routine adult patients.

  • Keep accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

  • Contribute to safe, inclusive care environments and engage in ongoing training and development.
