Main duties of the job
As the post holder you will be expected to:
- Administer and track trainer accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with national and local standards.
- Organise trainer development courses, manage logistics, attendance, and documentation.
- Handle enquiries and maintain professional communication with trainers and stakeholders.
- Assist with meetings, correspondence, and feedback related to trainer accreditation.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
