Job summary

Beech Ward is a 24-bedded specialist unit caring for patients with a range of cardiorespiratory conditions. We are looking for aHealthcare Support Worker who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

What we're looking for:

  • A kind and empathetic individual with a genuine interest in patient care.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Main duties of the job

  • Assisting patients with personal care and daily activities.
  • Supporting the nursing team in delivering safe and effective care.
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming ward environment.
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Interviews for this position will be held in person ONLY at (hospital site). Remote interviews will not be available.
