We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to provide excellent assessment, nursing care and clinical leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care on Cherry Ward.The successful post holder will be responsible for supporting the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to ensure the smooth running of the ward, 24 hours of the day. This will involve supporting staff to provide a high standard of patient care, as well as promoting both patient safety and a positive patient experience. There will be opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Main duties of the job

The role is to consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards by providing visible clinical leadership to the team, and support them in the delivery of high quality, effective and evidence based care. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.
