Job summary

We are looking for an experienced trainer to join the Safety and Security Team, to act as a trainer and educator in the field of violence reduction, to fulfil our responsibilities to NHS England's Violence Prevention and Reduction Standard.

Trainers will be delivering in line with license and course material from MAYBO. Please Note - Full Train the Trainer and license will be completed with MAYBO upon commencement, so no previous experience in this training is required.

Main duties of the job

Delivering a range of modules of training around the subject of Violence Reduction, this will include completing training plans, TNA's and delivery of training including theory and practical aspects.

This will include a range of physical intervention and breakaway modules.
